8月15日，由山东省教育厅主办、曲阜师范大学承办的第三届山东省大学生“学宪法讲宪法”演讲比赛高校组总决赛圆满结束。我校政法学院2017级法学专业学生张庆媛代表学校参加高校组总决赛，经过激烈竞争，最终荣获三等奖。

Organized bytheShandong ProvincialEducation Departmentand operated by Qufu Normal University,the final ofthe 3rd ShandongProvincial Competition ofStudy the Constitution, and Talk about the Constitution” speech contest of the college group was successfully concluded on August 15th. On behalf of our school, Zhang Qingyuan, a 2017gradelaw major from theSchoolof Political Science and Law, attended the final of the college group. After the intense competition, she won the third prize.

学校高度重视此次“学宪法讲宪法”比赛。赛前，政法学院组织了专门选拔与培训，法学专业张芃老师对参赛作品进行了多次悉心指导。比赛中，张庆媛同学以《以宪为刚，知法守法》为题目演讲，以大方得体的仪态、慷慨激昂的语言、有理有据的观点、自信从容的精神风貌在决赛的舞台上完美诠释了“学宪法讲宪法”，赢得了现场评委的一致认可。

Our school attached great importance to this competition. Before the competition, special selection and training were organized by theSchoolof Political Science and Law, and a lot of instructions were given by the law teacher Zhang Peng on the entries. During the competition, Zhang Qingyuan gave a speech on the theme of “Taking Constitution as the Key Point, Knowing and Obeying the Law”. With her decent and graceful manners, impassioned speech, well-founded opinions, and good mentality, she perfectly interpreted the spirit of Study the Constitution, and Talk about the Constitution”, and won the unanimous approval ofalljudges.

据悉，全国学生“学宪法、讲宪法”山东赛区比赛高校组汇聚了来自山东58所高校的精英，采取个人演讲与自由辩论、淘汰赛与积分赛相结合的方式进行。此次比赛的举办，全面推动各级各类学校广泛深入地开展宪法教育，使“学宪法讲宪法”的理念深入人心，引导广大青少年学生了解宪法、尊崇宪法，弘扬宪法精神，增强法治观念。

It is reported that elites from 58 universitiesinShandongparticipated in theStudy the Constitution, and Talk about the Constitution”Competition. The competition was proceededinthe form of combining individual speeches with free debates, knockouts with tournament. The holding of this competition comprehensively promoted the extensive and in-depth constitutional education of all types of schools at all levels, so that the concept of “Study the Constitution, and Talk about the Constitution was deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, which led the young students to understand and respect the Constitution, promote the spirit of the Constitution, and enhance the concept of the rule of law.
